We think that the online application for ptptn loan brings more disadvantages to the applicants.
The procedures are actually burdening the applicants as they need to prepare additional documents though the applicants have registered online. Furthermore, how many of the students can excess Internet?And do you know that student encounter a lot of problem during the application such as busy connection...therefore we recommend that the authorities of ptptn should take a prompt action regarding this inconvenience.
